Istoric:
HLV Transilvania SRL a fost fondata in 1998, Sibiu, Romania.
- In 2002 impreuna cu 3 parteneri a fost achizitionata Fabrica de Cherestea din Talmaciu din apropierea Sibiulu.
- In aceast locatie a fost dezvoltat sectorul de exploatare si transport care proceseaza 80000 mc/an.
- In 2004 a fost achizitionata Fabrica de cherestea Orastie, Hunedoara.
- In Talmaciu sectorul de exploatare si transport detine un parc auto / atelier specializat in service pentru masini forestiere.
- In 2006 se dezvolta SC Scan Service (reparatii si intretinere camioane).
- In 2009 se construieste noul sediu
- In 2013 se investeste 1.5 mil EUR in echipamente de exploatare si transport de material lemnos
- La Orastie s-a dezvoltat sectorul de biomasa

Our history:
HLV Transilvania SRL was founded in 1998, Sibiu, Romania.
- In 2002, together with 3 partners, the Timber Factory from Talmaciu near Sibiu was acquired.
- In this location, it has been developed the service and transportation sector which processes 80000 cubic meters/year.
- In 2004, the Timber Factory from Orastie, Oradea county, was acquired.
- In Talmaciu, the service and transportation sector has its own fleet / specialized workshop for forestry machines service.
-In 2006, SC -Scan Service is developed (truck repair and maintenance).
-In 2009 the new headquarters is built.
-In 2013 we had a 1.5 million EUR investment in forestry gear and transportation
